Description

An incline decline bench with squat rack is the single piece that turns a barbell and some plates into a full gym. Chest, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes and core — all of it, in one frame that folds away.

The sliding seat track

The seat and back pad sit on a slide track, so you can set them to conform to the correct lifting position rather than making do with whatever the frame gives you.

Precise body alignment is not a comfort issue. On an incline press, a seat that is slightly wrong changes which muscle takes the load, and over months that shows up as an imbalance rather than progress.

The dual-function leg developer

The leg developer has a pivot point that lines up with your knee joints, which is what makes leg extensions and curls work properly rather than dragging on the joint. A locking mechanism converts it for abdominal work.

Legs are the body part home setups skip most often, purely because the equipment is usually separate and expensive. Having it built in removes the excuse.

The squat rack

The integrated rack holds a loaded barbell at squat height, so you can rack and un-rack without a partner. That alone opens up squats, front squats, overhead press and rack pulls.

Note that weights, the bar and any high pull rods shown in product photography are for demonstration only — they are not included.

Who this bench suits

Anyone who already owns a barbell and plates, and anyone building a home gym around one purchase. The folding design means it also suits rooms that have another job during the day.

Load it with our barbells and weight plates, or browse the rest of the bench range.

A full-body routine on one frame

Day one: flat bench press, incline press, decline sit-ups. Day two: squats from the rack, leg extensions, leg curls. Day three: overhead press, rows, curls.

Three sets of eight to twelve on each. Add weight when the last set stops being difficult, and the 400 kg rating means the frame will keep up with you indefinitely.

Price in Kenya

KSh 35,000, weights and bar not included. For a bench, a squat rack and a leg developer in one 400 kg-rated frame, that is a lot of gym for the money.
