How the dial system works
The dumbbell sits in a cradle holding all its plates. Turn the dial to the weight you want, and a mechanism inside locks exactly those plates onto the handle. The rest stay behind.
Because the change takes seconds, you can run drop sets and supersets at home without a rack. That is a genuine training benefit, not just a convenience.

The range runs from 2.5 kg to 24 kg, adjusted in small increments through the dial. Fine steps matter as much as the range: a big jump between settings stalls progress, while a small one lets you keep adding weight month after month.

Will the plates come loose?
