The Fitness 50 KG Barbell / Dumbbell set is designed to work out the whole body, from legs and back when squatting to arms and abdominals when performing chest presses.
The ability to target specific muscle groups makes the 50 kg a versatile addition to your home gym set up.
The set comes with a mix of 20 weight plates making it easy to set up the correct weight for your barbell or dumbbell. The solid steel, “one-piece” chrome finished spinlock bars are durable, strong and safe. Weight plates have a radius edge for easy lifting. heavy duty threads and spinlock collars provide a safe and secure fit for the weight plates.
Weight training is a great way to get your upper body in shape as well as toning, strengthening and defining muscles. Combine with a Fitness Barbell bench like the 530/540 for ultimate results.
