The Iron Gym Bar is a great chin up bar that provides an upper body workout for the shoulders, back, chest, arms and abs. It provides three pull up grip options: narrow, neutral, and wide. These grips can be utilized with overhand and underhand grips to put focus on all areas of the arms, back, chest and shoulders. The Iron Gym Chin-Up Bar also provides a couple extensions in order to utilize a hammer grip for seriously workout out the back and shoulders.

This bar can also be moved to the bottom of the door frame and used as a support for sit-ups and/or crunches to work the abdomen.
